Beetroot is helpful for all ages. It is abundant source of Manganese, Folate, Vitamin C, Iron and Fiber. Beetroot can be eaten both in cooked and in the raw form. According to experts if we include this in our diet it will be beneficial effect on our health. We can use it in salad,  also we can extract the juice and drink it in our breakfast.

How to choose Beetroot:

Try to choose those beetroots whose skins are smooth and not folded. Old once are not tasty to eat also their nutritional value is much lesser.
